I’ve had knee pain for 4 years and about 7 months after it started I saw a consultant who moved my leg around a bit and said I had chondromalacia, just told me to rest and that was it. It didn’t get better so last year I went to my doctor about it and they referred me for physiotherapy, again my leg was moved around a bit and my knee cap was taped, which did relieve the pain for the first day or two.

I then discharged myself from this because I was offered physiotherapy at a musculoskeletal centre. I went for a consultation in December and it was quite thorough, I said about my previous diagnosis of chondromalacia but she said it would not be that now as I am 20. After this meeting I received a letter which said I had anterior knee pain, medial knee pain, maltracking of patella on both knees, patella irritation of the patella femoral joint, pronated feet, valgus calcaneal tendon and lumbosacral pain.

I’ve had 2 physio sessions since then, during these I have been given 3 different types of exercises to strengthen the muscles in my thigh. When I went back for the second appointment in January the physio said there was no improvement and to continue with them for another month. I have my third appointment next week and there is still no improvement. I don’t see how strengthening my thigh muscles is going to treat the other issues of valgus calcaneal tendon and pronated feet, and I also think the exercises I have been given are going to take a long time to see if they work.

Is there anything I can do in the short term? I have read that the knee pain can be caused by the problems I have with my feet, so even if I get better control over my leg muscles I’m still going to have the issues of feet and ankles that are sending my kneecap off track.

It’s been going on for too long and I guess I do want a quick fix, but as there has been no injury to my knees and I do have these underlying issues with my feet surely I should be given treatment for this and not just exercises?

Im not really a big fan of TNA but i respect and admire jeff Jarrett’s hard work to make tna what it is in such a short amount of years but i still feel there is a whole lot of work needed if they really want to be beating smackdown at least let alone Raw ratings

if TNA could Add 5 things to there show and setup what would you choose? this is what i have chosen.

1.- Signing Shelton Benjamin, Carlito, Umaga, Paul London and Mr Kennedy, My reasons for this is because i do believe these 5 superstars could change the face of TNA wrestling. can you remember when the likes of R-Truth, AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe took TNA to the next step and they then signed the likes of Christian, Kurt Angle, Booker T, Sting.. but the majority of these signings havnt got a future there more coming to the end of there career, But the likes of Benjamin, Carlito, Umaga, Paul London and Mr Kennedy signing would in my opinion bring TNA from their current step that is in my opinion brilliant for the time they have been alive but isnt really up there with wwe but these wreslters would for me bring TNA up there with Smackdown, all the superstars are young MR Kennedy – 32
carlito – 29 shelton Benjamin – 33 umaga 35 and Paul london – 28 as you can see these superstars have so many years left and the current TNA top stars are not getting younger i meen take sting he is 49 and i no alot of fans of his who will say sting has probably passed his time and is hangin in there because of his name, BookerT again he has helped TNA and is a good signing but at the age of 43 its very hard to see what he can offer in the long term and in my opinion being a Booker T fan iv kind of seen booker T kind of a hit and miss superstar over the years, could he have been a triple H sure he could have but he never really found himself in the ring in terms of on the mic and kurt angle well i have alot of respect and think his in ring ability is one of the best and his mic skills are good to but he has expressed his desire to fight in MMA but he wants to stay on as a tna superstar to, i cant really see this happening because he left wwe because he was burned out because he was working to much and workin for TNA and MMA he will have to train a mad load for MMA while making appearences for TNA and i think it wont last MMA will offer him a deal if he is successfull and he will leave TNA.
so with the signing of the 5 superstars i have mentioned i do believe there ratigns would shoot up big time, i meen remember wwe back in the day around 1998 the main event fueds were often either Rock, Austin, HHH facing one an other there were of coure others but they were the main 3 in the limelight and i could really see TNA getting something like that out of Umaga, Kendrick and shelton because we already have Somoa Joe, AJ styles etc and they could use each of these signings so well so i think TNA to get more entertaining really need these 5.

2.- Offer Christian Cage a BIG money long term contract.,
This guy was one of my favourite superstar in WWE because of his physical shape he wasnt a big guy so it was hard for him to demand a main event spot because theres guys like batists hu have muscles in places that people dont even have places and because of his size earns his main event spot, but christian can run his mouth and get a big reaction from the crowd and he can also back this up with a real good performance in the ring. and if TNA told him to do what he does best by running his mouth and preforming the best i no that christian could be TNA’s version of the Rock, because he has great mic skills, and a real performer so they cant go wrong.

3.- Replace Don west with Tazz.
Don West sucks completely, Tazz who i no im unsure if he would prefere to commentate on an a show like TNA than what he is doing at the moment where he is constantly being pressurised to talk big about talentless superstars.

3. Release the follwoing – Kevin Nash, Sting, Curry Man, Shark Boy, BG and Kip James and Abyss. as far as the First 2 go you may think im stupid saying get rid of sting but i am a massive fan of him however he isnt what he was and he is holding back the tna future stars and other younger names such as Christian and as for Kevin Nash, well that guy just cant wrestle and is so boring to watch. as for the rest well i dont think they work well and abyss i feel TNA have gone as far as they can go with this man and plus he looks like a kid comapred with Matt morgan.

4.- loose the legends title and bring in an intercontinental type of title :
i feel if TNA added another belt that was like the belt below the heavyweight title then it would keep some of there stars happy while waiting for a heavyweight title push but i dont like the legends title works.

5.- Backstage staff revamp – for one i think TNA entrance music is terrible and that needs sorting so a new set of music engineers would be good, and also how they need to sort there promos out, e.g when
